All the little birds are flying around the streetside trees, but they’re so fast it’s not easy to catch them on camera in this grey weather. This slightly blurry photo is all I got so far from the chaffinches!

City Views #475: City Hall 1

This is the “front” entrance of Mülheim’s Stadthalle – ‘City Hall’, not the government but a concert and theatre hall which I’ve shown many times from the river side, but never from this street angle. This bit of architecture was actually tacked on much later, of course. Also included in this shot is a fancy car with its driver eyeing me suspiciously – because I couldn’t find any other photos from this angle :-).
