This orange cat was loafing on the backyard lawn – and also watching another cat, hence the twitching tail and the occasional hiss! Sorry, no sound because there was nothing to hear at that distance.

This is Leo, one of the backyard cats. He was just sitting down there, looking at me up on the balcony – and of course I couldn’t help taking a photo :-).

Only two more animal-related albums from last year to go, one of them is the Catspotting Gallery of 2015 with all the cool and cute cats I found last year in the neighbourhood. CATSPOTTING 2015

I met one of our neighbourhood regulars in early November and it seemed like it was
already wearing its fluffy winter coat. I also love the fashionable partly striped tail :-).

I think we have a newcomer in the backyard :-).

Still looking for squirrels :-).

The internet tells me that today is World Cat Day, so cheers for felines of all colours and sizes! Here’s an unposted photo of a cat I used to know a few years ago who had the most intense stare…

You might recognise this fellow from previous photos – here he is sitting on the edge of a wall looking somewhat concerned. He was harrassed by a pair of Magpies who didn’t like his presence at all, making a loud racket and flying around him! He was really confused…
