Shopping Mall Bird Babies
While I was taking a break today behind the shopping mall on a bench, I heard some twittering and saw a blackbird flying around – there was a nest right up against the wall with four young birds in it!

This is part of Mülheim’s Berliner Platz – the buildings in the middle were only built in the late 1980s, in the 1960s and 1970s there used to be a department store highrise here!
