This is yesterday’s almost-Supermoon again because we’re totally clouded out today – but this time processed as an HDR made out of three exposures, each stacked from 10 separate photos. I really have to mention that this is highly processed with massively enhanced brightness and contrast dynamic – the Moon doesn’t really look like this seen with the naked eye, but this way much more detail is visible.

We’re getting to the last half of September now and I better ration the Balcony Flowers to one post a day now so there are enough until next Spring! :-)

It’s not quite the Supermooon yet, today it has 99% illumination, but it’s still the largest moon I’ve ever taken a photo of – it’s even bigger than the Harvest Moon from October 16!
