Fast forward to a somwwhat cloudy and overcast June 12, when I went on another walk around the river. Most photos look a bit muted because of the strange light, but HDR helped a lot.

This is a bit blurry because this Blackbird was sitting in the Maple, but it shows very nicely how much nesting material they were lugging around a couple of days ago!
