Thanks to a helpful comment on Instagram, I now know that the Little Brown Bird is a Dunnock or Heckenbraunelle. I finally remembered that I saw this Little Brown Bird before on the Balcony – it first arrived sometime in 2016 and in 2017 I had identified it with the help of a comment on Google+!
