It’s been some time since I saw one of those in the neighbourhood!

Look what showed up again last week – the lovely Mercedes-Benz vintage ambulance!

I completely forgot to post this second should of that gorgeous Mercedes-Benz ambulance oldtimer I saw two weeks ago! This is again slightly prettified by means of HDR.

I saw this gorgeous Mercedes-Benz oldtimer parking in a neighbourhood street two weeks ago –
it seems to have been a kind of ambulance, but I don’t know much more about it.

Lovely old vintage cars keep appearing randomly in the neighbourhood –
this one looks very much like an Opel Kadett from the 1960s!

There are surprisingly many of those lovely vintage Citroen 2CV6 (called in Germany Die Ente – The Duck) around in our neighbourhood – I hadn’t seen this one before which I saw parked somewhere last Friday. Someone really loves this car – it even seems to have the name “Marie” as evident from the sign in the small read window! Also notice the contrast to the modern car parked on the other side – now which one has more character?

And now for something completely different: a green Beetle
I encountered yesterday on the supermarket parking lot :-).

Last week, I saw this vintage Mercedes parking in a street in our neighbourhood and just had to get a photo of it. I’m not an automobile expert, but I think this one must be at least from the early 1960s!

Remember that Citroen 2CV6 I took a photo of all the way back in November? I saw it again today, parked in a convenient spot and I could not resist taking another photo of it!

I saw this lovely old Citroen 2CV parking on the other side of the road and I just had to take a photo of it. The title of this post comes from the German moniker of the Deux Cheveaux – we call it Die Ente, The Duck!
