The big Airbus to America.
Actually a testposting to see if I can post completely from the tablet… let’s see if this works!

Yesterday, we had a flying visitor again – the WDL blimp was making its rounds and flew over three times!

I’m not actually going anywhere, I’m just going to move this whole blog to its own subdomain after this post. Nothing should change apart from the fact that the blog will be located at http://foto.bibra-medien.de instead of http://www.bibra-medien.de/fotoblog/. It’s a copy of the original blog in which I’m going to import the last postings from today and then I’m locking the old blog down and switch to the new one. If all goes according to plan, all old links will still work because the archive blog will still be online, with only the main page redirecting to the new blog. Fingers crossed that it will work like I intended – today’s last photo post will be from the new location after the switch!

We just got buzzed by this JU-52 – it seems it is touring all weekend from EDLE and it just arrived here!

Going home to the airport.

The unmistakable buzz of the blimp engines is one indicator of really good spring weather :-).

One for #AviationMonday over at Google+ – this Cessna was buzzing around in circles over our heads this evening. Might have something to do with the fact that it belongs to a aerial photography company!

Und noch ein bißchen Planespotting: eine Piper Super Cub, eins der einfachsten Flugzeuge der Welt.
Gehört wohl zum AeroClub am Flughafen, aber gesehen hatte ich die vorher hier noch nie!

Kein Photoshop! Die kleine Maschine (offenbar eine Christen Eagle II) hat die Piper einfach überholt :-)

So früh im Jahr war der “Zeppelin” noch nie unterwegs!
