One more of yesterday’s sunset, a little differently processed.

This sky needed some HDR colour tweaking again…

Okay, I admit that I pushed the colours into the red spectrum,
but only because the original looked a bit too lifeless.

Another unposted one from mid-December, a companion to a similar sunset shot.

It’s not really real, but I couldn’t help making yesterday’s so-so sunset pretty with some HDR help :-).

A nice sunset, prettified with a little HDR magic. That was two hours ago, just now a big thunderstorm with hwavy lightning and the loudest hail I we ever heard knocking against the windows has rolled over us!

Just a quick one from a photo shot this afternoon.

I’m not sure about this colour, but I’ll just call it peach – a sunset from Monday.

It’s hard to get a clear shot of a sunset here in the city, but this looks nice too.

I suspect it’s more a case of “between the storms” since there seems to be more bad weather on the way, but this is what transpired after the thunderstorm only a short time ago: a starry night. There might be a little more stars than usual in here, because I was not able to tell some of the dead pixels apart from the real thing – but I think I got most of them out. It’s a 15-second exposure, so everything slightly elongated should be a star, or a planet in case of Jupiter on the left (which looked magnificent through the telescope)!
