Autumn Squirrels 2017 Edition #4
I completely forgot to post this single photo of a squirrel from early November – this one was taking a sunbath in the Maple tree after it had taken a flying leap from the house roof into it!

The second of the only three slightly blurry photos I got of the squirrel yesterday. Here it was sitting in the maple tree peeking out from behind a branch!

Today I saw the first squirrel of this year – I’m sure they were always around, but they were hiding so well that I never noticed them until today. This one was actually on my balcony before it scampered off, jumped into the Maple tree and ran over the Garage roof! It’s not the best shot because the squirrel really surprised me, but it’s good enough for a first glimpse!

One day before, I had dug up about ten walnuts from my balcony flowerpots to get them ready for the Winter. I had put them on the balcony table and guess who showed up and re-buried them all the next day? Fortunately I was able to watch the squirrel from behind the closed balcony door and take a couple of photos – the squirrel didn’t seem to mind at all! And this time, I left the walnuts buried.
