I had a guest on the balcony today – a Squirrel made a thorough inspection and apparently approved!

Squirrel chatter all over the Maple!

The Squirrels were chirping at each other really loudly!

The Squirrels were all over the tree and I did my best to catch them with my camera!

October is here and so are the Squirrels – there were five of them chasing each other in the Maple tree in front of the balconies today! Although the light wasn’t the best, I managed to catch a few photos.

I completely forgot to post this single photo of a squirrel from early November – this one was taking a sunbath in the Maple tree after it had taken a flying leap from the house roof into it!

The second of the only three slightly blurry photos I got of the squirrel yesterday. Here it was sitting in the maple tree peeking out from behind a branch!

Today I saw the first squirrel of this year – I’m sure they were always around, but they were hiding so well that I never noticed them until today. This one was actually on my balcony before it scampered off, jumped into the Maple tree and ran over the Garage roof! It’s not the best shot because the squirrel really surprised me, but it’s good enough for a first glimpse!
