The Big Yellow Surprise
No, this is not a Vogon spaceship, but it flew right above us about an hour ago – and two more came along after it, although not directly overhead. These were the first hot-air balloons we have seen here for years, apparently they were trying to land at our small airport south-east from us!

Last photo of the Magnolias from mid-April. Hopefully until next year, since the building they are standing in front of will be torn down this year – but it looks like they’re going to do it from the inside since some construction cranes have already appeared in the area.
