They have only recently been re-potted outside and suddenly the first cucumber blossoms appear!

Swiss Helium

We’re used to the occasional hot-air balloon flying over the city, but this is the first time we saw a helium gas balloon! The writing on it says Fribourg Freiburg Challenge which must have to do something with the website FRChallenge.ch, but I’m not sure what’s it all about or why this balloon was flying around here since my French is not good enough to understand the site.

Magnolia leaves on the ground… we discovered a huge magnolia tree in the neighbourhood in a street we rarely go through. We never noticed it because it only blossoms for a short time and we never were there at the right moment before!
