This was as close as I could get to the television tower on the Alexanderplatz from Kreuzberg’s Oberbaumbrücke. The actual distance from the bridge to the tower is 3.2 kilometers – but the tower is so huge that it seems a lot less!

As far as I remember I had already taken this shot from the Oberbaumbrücke.
