Balcony Flowers #15

This zebra jumping spider was very stupid. It hopped around the balcony table and not much after I had taken this photo, it jumped into my tea glass! I rescued it, but after it ran around a little, it just stopped – perhaps it died, but I put it into a flowerpot just in case. But it really seemed to commit teaicide!

The moon is not up yet, so this is from two days ago… but it’s still the 44th anniversary of the first moon landing of Apollo 11 today. Original size, but a different processing method, looking a bit smoother.

Just a cucumber flower with yellow and green tones. I’ll have to post more than one of this series per day, I’m already running behind and the balconies are really exploding with flowers now :-).

Hoverflies are the more steady fliers of the insect world, but they are still very hard to catch with the camera. This is the best shot I was able to get yet – still not sharp and clear enough.
