Seriously, why is it that only the D string always breaks on my concert guitar?

If you’re about halfway up Mülheim’s Kaiserstrasse, you can actually see the highrises way down at the shopping center looming over the city.

I saw this tiny little mushroom sprouting between the grass blades somewhen in October :-).

I didn’t know you were allowed to fly so close together! I couldn’t believe my eyes when we saw these to buzzing along in the distance – I just managed this one slightly blurry shot, but it’s still strange! The top plane actually has an Air Berlin logo on the tail, it seems to belong to their flight school at our local airport.

The geese are heading south – I was lucky enough to catch this huge swarm yesterday with the camera. I actually heard them long before I saw them and they traveled quite slowly over the grey sky.

Okay, one more closeup of the Chrysanthemums :-).

And for a change, once again a look down Mülheim’s Kaiserstrasse which shows a bit more of the inner city busyness this street usually has. The big tree cluster at the corner of the hospital seems to be reaching half over the street and from here you can distinctly see how steep the road really is.

I think there may be at least two, if not three trees involved in this photo :-).

It was getting really crowded… the first batch has already withered now, but there are more to come.
