City Views #233: Neighbourhood Pan II

Here’s another unposted panorama from late March, again from the same vicinity as before, only looking down the street across the intersection this time. Except the building on the far right with the greek restaurant on the street level, all of the houses belong to the Theodor Suhnel Estate named after its architect. About ten years ago, those houses were extensively renovated and painted in new colours – before they were either dirty red or a faded brown, now they look much nicer.

City Views #232: Neighbourhood Pan I

I still have some unposted panoramas from the neighbourhood left! I took this one way back in March in the street from which I’ve been posting some photos in the last few days. Here you can see the older buildings of Mülheim’s Kämpchenstrasse and also the highrise buildings, which replaced some equally unsightly military barracks in the 1970s.
