This is from September 7th, one day before the so-called Harvest Supermoon.

A curious bush with candle-like blossoms I found on the by now legendary supermarket parking lot.

Can’t get enough closeups of the yellow roses.

Another photo from Mülheim’s inner city shopping mall called the Forum from 2003. This is on the upper level facing in the opposite direction as the last photo – I think it might look the same today, but the café has been replaced by something else. The grand piano is still there, but it is rarely used anymore today, having been replaced by loud, thumping muzak out of every second shop.

Deja Vu Edition :-). I know we had a very similar shot recently, but it appears that I put this one from a day later also in the processed gallery, so I’m just going to post it anyway.

By now we already have harvested a lot of ripe tomatoes, but I’ve still got some photos from late July which I still want to post. So stay tuned for really red tomatoes coming later :-).

Remember those Fence Roses? They were still there at the beginning of July!

My 42nd stacked Moon is another Supermoon from yesterday, the last one of this season. About 15 frames combined with RegiStax and processed a bit more to bring out some more details. More resolution isn’t possible with my Powershot S5, but I still try to get something out of it :-).

A photo from inside our local shopping mall called the Forum in its better days. This was taken in May 2003 with my very first digital camera. Today the shopping mall is basically the same, but after a hedge fund took over th operation, the main floors are now mostly occupied by clothes and phone shops. Fortunately there are still two very good groceries in the basement and also a two-storey bookshop in the main hall.
