City Views #170: Tower on the Corner II


Another photo from a different perspective of the corner building with the nice tower right at the edge of Mülheim’s Kaiserplatz. As you can see, it’s very difficult to get a clean shot because of all the trees, overhead wires and lampposts – here there’s also the ramp to the pedestrian bridge in the way that crosses the street over to the shopping center. This ramp was primarily built because there’s a tram station right next to it and the way through the shopping center also leads to the main railway station. This building is maybe the oldest one surviving in this part of the city.
