Since I’m running out of photos from my home town at the moment, I’ll just take the City Views series somewhere else: to Oberhausen, the next city north of Mülheim. Last month, I had the chance to take some of photos around a former industrial zone near the old water tower, which is impressively looming over the area. I think the building with the retro-futuristic looking roof on the right belongs to the TÜV, an organisation providing technical services and certifications mainly for cars – you have to get your vehicle checked by the TÜV every couple of years in Germany by law!
